This is an identity concept made for the Type Drives Culture event at the New School in New York. I created a custom font, seen in the upper right of the poster, in a futuristic yet primal style to demonstrate type's range.  I clung to the '80s for inspiration as that decade also contended with an integration of the past and the future.​​​​​​​
These last animated images were simple concepts for an installation that would be displayed during the conference. 
Placing a rotating globe of type within the space would allude to the idea of type driving all cultures around the world, as well as build an opportunity as a social media hot-spot for photos.
