
This is an identity concept made for the Type Drives Culture event at the New School in New York. I created a custom font, seen in the upper right of the poster, in a futuristic yet primal style to demonstrate type's range. I clung to the '80s for inspiration as that decade also contended with an integration of the past and the future.











These last animated images were simple concepts for an installation that would be displayed during the conference.
Placing a rotating globe of type within the space would allude to the idea of type driving all cultures around the world, as well as build an opportunity as a social media hot-spot for photos.
